HI Friend,
I read Roost every once in a while, mainly for the beautiful food that Coco makes. I always want to know what pretty new creation she has, she cooks and bakes gluten/grain/sugar/dairy free (isn't that all there is to eat?) to heel her husbands Crohns disease. It is amazing how creative she is and the food she makes looks delightful and tasty. The picture above made me feel so calm and happy, it is simple, elegant, old yet fresh.
