Carrot Juice Float

Have you ever had a carrot juice float?  It is D-lish.  This float originally is made with fresh carrot juice and rosewater ice cream. But my brilliant aunt in Minnesota made it for us with vanilla ice cream and Bolthouse Farms organic carrot juice. It is so good and so pretty to look at that all your guests will be impressed. Will you try it?
6 oz of carrot juice
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

Guilt Free Ice Cream!!!

I got this recipie from Martha Stewart's Whole Living magazine. First I have to mention that WL is the best Mag out there, I think Martha came up with it just for me (Thanks Martha, actually no, thank you to the people who actually work on the magazine) I have the most current issue in my bag at all times, and I read it from cover to cover. (no I am not being paid by Martha for this.) Anyways, here is the recepie, and I have to say it is rather tasty!!!
1 frozen very ripe banana
1/4 cup frozen berries
2 table spoons yogurt (optional)
Honey as much as you like
put all in a blender an Vola!

Next I will try Raw Chocolate Pudding!
