Coloring Eggs For Spring

Happy Friday Friend,
This weekend we have awesome plans. Since the Persian/Iranian new year is only in 10 days (more on that later) this weekend we are coloring eggs at my sister's. She is all ready with washable paint for baby B, so she can color her first Noruz eggs, and maybe some finger painting art to send to the grandparents.

This weekend if weather permits, Baby B and I are going to the Vegetarian Food Festival, I am looking forward to it, and then we will go to the library to return some books we borrowed. Baby B loves the library by our apartment, and I get to read my book while she is playing and looking at books. I hope you have a weekend full of delicious food, and happy activities.

A Calm Weekend

She Is Wearing My Pants!!!!

Hi Friend,
How was your weekend? we had a really good one. Baby B wore my pants to the park!!! YES my pants, my super amazing mother, has kept a lot of clothes from when my sisters and I were little, and this little number (the navy one in the second photo) were mine when I was Baby B's age. They are from JCPenny, and get this, they are made in USA!
Mr. B took the first photo of me and Baby B on our way to brunch, I am wearing my Indiana Jones hat which I have a special love afair with, you can not see me with out it on the weekends.

Montauk, NY

Happy Monday friend,
This weekend the family and I went to Montauk, NY. The far out tip of NY in the Atlantic Ocean. It is very pretty there, I took the above photos with my Phone of the light house and rocks around the light house that I found interesting. Baby Baftani had a great time, at the beginning she would refuse to put her feet down on the sand, unfamiliar texture I guess. But later on she was loving it. She picked up rocks, and tasted some. And eventually learned to through the rocks. The air was crisp and fresh, and we all had a wonderful time.
