Cool Kid_03

At 2 years 8 months, Baby B looks like a little lady. She is so sweet and full of big words. She likes to be part of the conversations and she fake laughs in the middle of it, like she has just told a funny joke.

She imitates Mr. B and I, and we find it very funny. It is the highlight of our day to tell each other the new funny thing she has said that day.

KUZEH Pottery at Cozbi

Hi Friends,

I am so excited, because for the first time ever, my pottery work will be sold in a lovely little store in Brooklyn! The name of the store is Cozbi and it is filled with lovely and impeccable hand made clothing by Cozbi Cabrera herself, jewelry, bags, dolls, and so much more made by other local artists. Her store is beautiful and I am so honored to have my pieces displayed there.

Take a look at Cozbi's site and you will see what I mean. Martha Stewart and Oprah have featured her one of a kind cloth dolls (Munecas) in their magazines and on TV.

Hi Friend,

Hope you had a nice weekend. Ours was very nice. We had a party on the roof top of our building that was a great time. We spent Sunday at the park allot, and here is Baby B looking as cool as can be.

A Balloon Dress

If fashion is an art form (I believe it is), then making dresses out of balloons must be one the most creative form of expression out there. Daisy Balloon makes the most beautiful twisted balloon dresses I have ever seen, and they even have a book that is just so pretty. The twisted balloon dress is not that new, and there are even conventions where people compete in that category. However, the Mylar balloon dress above made by Chris Horn, from Anagram Balloons is rather original and I have to say it is pretty fantastic. Bring it on Chris, make some more.

Neon Is On

Hi Friend,
Neon colors are back in a very exciting way. All you have to remember is that you just need a little bit of neon in your outfit/life to be cool and hip like all the other trendy peeps out there. So DON'T over do it like the 80's.

HI There,
